13.00 – 14.15 Mixing the members:ALFIE members interviewing eachother one-on-one about background, personal experience with literacy teaching and do’s & dont’s of literacy teaching.  Three rounds and conclusion. 
14.15 – 14.30 Coffee break
14.30 – 15.30 Reflecting on the approaches, models and tools of this meeting. Which approaches, models or tools can be applied to your situation? Do you intend to use them? What will be your course of action? Adding up conclusions. 
15.30 – 16.00 hrs Certificate of attendance, evaluation of the meeting, reports and ALFIE website
